With a hundreds of direct flights from Europe to Larnaca and Paphos Airport, it has never been more affordable and easier to get to Cyprus.

The annual tuition fee for all international students studying in Bachelor (undergraduate) programmes in Cyprus averages under 3,600 € per year except Pharmacy, which costs 7,000 € per year. The tuition fees for postgraduate programmes (Masters and PhD) is between 2,000 € and 2,500 € depending on the programme of interest.
Remember, eligibility criteria of all Colleges and Universities of Cyprus is not same. Some Institutes may have slightly different criteria. Students can apply for undergraduate courses in Cyprus twice a year. Students must provide a list of documents to the College in which they are applying for higher studies in Cyprus. Then the College will apply for a student visa on the behalf of student. Students must be in possession of secondary school leaving certificate in order to qualify for admission into the bachelor degree programme in Cyprus tertiary education institutions. Students must hold a valid master’s degree for admission into the PhD programme and also an appropriate undergraduate degree for admission into the master degree.

Every student should be in possession of the relevant permit issued by the Civil Archive and Migration Department. The student visa is issued for a specific educational institution. In case of the foreign student deciding to change an educational institution, one must then obtain a new residence permit.
School attendance is compulsory and concerns the programmes and disciplines of study approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture. International students from non-EU countries need a student visa for entry to Cyprus. Student visas are issued only to full-time international students. A full-time student is one who takes a minimum of 12 credits in a semester.
Student visas can be issued either by an Embassy/ High Commission/ or Consulate of the Republic of Cyprus in the candidate's home country or by the Migration Department in Cyprus.
