U-Multirank's unique 'Sunburst chart' gives an illustration of a university's performance profile across the five U-Multirank dimensions. These are indicated in different colours. For instance, the teaching and learning dimension is symbolised by the colour green. Each 'sunray' represents one of the thirty plus U-Multirank indicators. The longer the ray, the better the performance of an institution on the selected indicator: a full-length ray stands for 'top group' performance, whereas a short ray means 'weak' performance. A missing sunray indicates that the specific data indicator is not available. An institution's performance in an indicator can be identified by moving the cursor over the rays. A key guard for the sunburst chart is provided here .

The programme is unique on Latvian market. It is multidisciplinary and provides students the skills and knowledge to apply psychological principles to business problems. Although the programme is considered academic according to Latvian legislation, it has a strong practical focus, thus alumni are effective in working with employees and clients as managers, human resources specialists, marketing and sales positions and other positions. Alumni are responsible business people who make decisions based on financial and economic indicators and also consider the psychological aspects of business.
