The training and teaching are based on the concept of continuous integration of values, knowledge, skills and good practical experience and inclusion in each stage of preparation of students for practical training, related to the acquired theoretical issues. Important components are reflection and the reflective approach, providing an opportunity for students and teachers to work for their own and the group's professional and personal development. The practical training in social work uses a model of co-supervision, developed on the basis of empirical research and tested in a practice.
