Researches of the department are determined by the following areas: 1.Philosophy of social assistance in the context of Ukraine's European integration; 2.Public administration in the social security system; 3.Gender aspects of the student-teaching environment, etc. During 2016-2020, teachers conducted research within the research theme of the department: "Human life in a situation of global challenges of today." The result of the work on the research topic was the publication of articles, monographs, round tables, interuniversity seminars and conferences.
