The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering carries out training activities on the design and analysis of electrical and electronic circuits and systems, signal processing and communication systems, electrical machines, control and systems, electric plants and their industrial applications. There are 6 departments in the our department. In our department, there are Electrical-Electronic Circuit Laboratory, Electrical Machines and Power Electronics Laboratory, Communication Laboratory, Microprocessors Laboratory, PLC, Antennas and Microwave laboratory and Computer Laboratory.

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department started to accept undergraduate students in the academic year of 2013 – 2014. Currently, there are 2 professor, 1 associate professor, 2 assistant professors and 4 research assistant in our department. In the first year, the undergraduate curriculum offers a core program which builts on basic courses consisting of physics, chemistry, mathematics and basic sciences providing students with background for professional courses providing job opportunities in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in the subsequent years.
