U-Multirank's unique 'Sunburst chart' gives an illustration of a university's performance profile across the five U-Multirank dimensions. These are indicated in different colours. For instance, the teaching and learning dimension is symbolised by the colour green. Each 'sunray' represents one of the thirty plus U-Multirank indicators. The longer the ray, the better the performance of an institution on the selected indicator: a full-length ray stands for 'top group' performance, whereas a short ray means 'weak' performance. A missing sunray indicates that the specific data indicator is not available. An institution's performance in an indicator can be identified by moving the cursor over the rays. A key guard for the sunburst chart is provided here .

The bachelor's degree program in Political Science is aimed at giving students a mastery of methods and content, which will provide them with scientific knowledge of contemporary politics. The degree program offers a solid preparation for a wide variety of professions, many linked to newly developed or developing subjects in the globalizing world. Lectures are integrated with more innovative methods of teaching – thanks to workshops, written tests, and case studies – in order to encourage the natural passage from bachelor’s degree studies to more specialized ones.
