The Department in Nursing has all level of nursing education including the bachelor, master and doctoral degree. Teaching and learning involve lectures and practical activities in a creative and multidisciplinary environment. Even though not all teachers are university professors, they are all highly qualified in the field of their teaching and have at least a Master degree.

These lines include, but are not limited to, the following topics: organizational health, stroke, self-care and adherence in chronic conditions, palliative care, nursing documentations, the complexity of care, older adult care, osteoporosis, adverse drug reactions, medical humanities, paediatric care etc. Manu research projects are conducted within international collaborations.
