Our Faculty offers outstanding training and excellence at all university levels: undergraduate, master’s and doctorate. It currently offers three bachelor’s degree programmes, in Human Biology, Medicine and Biomedical Engineering. It also offers five master’s degrees, in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Industry, Clinical Analysis Laboratory, Public Health, Biomedical Research and Bioinformatics for Health Sciences, and a PhD programme in Biomedicine, that is highly international in terms of both students and teaching staff.

As a result of its research excellence, the Faculty was recognised as a “María de Maeztu” Unit of Excellence in 2014, and again in 2018. This research is led by the experimental and health sciences department, which includes 35 research groups divided into eight distinct programmes; Cell and Molecular Biology Molecular Medicine Programme, Evolutionary Biology and Complex Systems,Biomedical Informatics, Genetics and Neurosciences, Systems Bioengineering, Cross-disciplinary Programme and Public Health and Education in Health Sciences

The Degree in Engineering in ICT Organization trains professionals from a mixed training in ICT engineering and management. The teaching methodology is aimed at providing students with a theoretical training, accompanied by a practical approach where teamwork plays a relevant role. A whole set of projects and activities are carried out aimed at developing especially useful skills, among others, in the areas of Business Intelligence / Business Analytics, project management, business management and technology or business consulting.

UPF's bachelor's degree programme in Business Management and Administration provides students with the knowledge of economics and the skills required to manage the different areas of activity (finance, sales, human resources, etc.) of a business, be it a multinational or a SME. The programme's graduates will be capable of managing projects within organizations and adapting to economic, socio-political and technological environments of a complex, changing nature.

UPF's Polytechnic School teaches four bachelor's degree programmes, namely Audiovisual Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telematics Engineering. The three are highly integrated, sharing many first-year and several second-year subjects. It is thus possible for Audiovisual Systems Engineering students to obtain a second bachelor's degree in just a little extra time if they take the Computer Science or Telematics Engineering programme's compulsory subjects as optional subjects in their original studies.
