U-Multirank's unique 'Sunburst chart' gives an illustration of a university's performance profile across the five U-Multirank dimensions. These are indicated in different colours. For instance, the teaching and learning dimension is symbolised by the colour green. Each 'sunray' represents one of the thirty plus U-Multirank indicators. The longer the ray, the better the performance of an institution on the selected indicator: a full-length ray stands for 'top group' performance, whereas a short ray means 'weak' performance. A missing sunray indicates that the specific data indicator is not available. An institution's performance in an indicator can be identified by moving the cursor over the rays. A key guard for the sunburst chart is provided here .

Plants provide food, energy, and renewable ressources. The research-oriented MSc Crop Science combines aspects of Biology and Agronomy to provide students with a mechanistic understanding of the function, yield formation, nutrient efficiency, and stress resilience of plants. Building on compulsory modules in crop physiology, plant breeding and genetics, molecular plant nutrition, and phytopathology, students chose from a wide range of elective courses to form their individual profile. Practicals and lab internships will introduce the students to current developments in plant and crop science.
