The department carries out joint research on methods and systems used to visualise, analyse, explore and process large information spaces. This shared profile is reflected in the research of our working groups, who specialise in different application areas such as big data, cyber-physical systems, health, network science or software certification. Our department plays a central role in the Cluster of Excellence “Centre of the Advanced Study of Collective Behaviour” and various other interdisciplinary projects.

Wenn sie sich nicht festlegen möchten, wählen sie die Generalisierung und stellen sich so ihr Studium selbst zusammen. Über unsere Double Degree Optionen können die Studierenden ein Jahr in Konstanz und ein Jahr im Ausland studieren und zwei Masterabschlüsse erwerben.
